Fantastic country house located in the town of La Romana and very close to Aspe and Novelda.
The plot of 2,400m2 approx, is completely fenced. Inside we can see different areas, first one is the property and swimming pool and on the other side we find the land for cultivation (currently there are some fruit trees such as oranges, lemons and quinces and olive trees in production).
The total built area is distributed in different buildings.
