September, arguably is one of the best months of the year in Spain. Still warm enough for the beach or pool, but the sizzling temperatures have subsided. Also, the crush from the influx of Spanish second home owners has calmed down for a few months

So what’s in this edition?

The popular food and drink section, found in the centre pages, visits The Balearic Islands. This group of islands has some very exciting cuisine as well as some interesting twists on the Spanish favourite dishes.
