In October 2005 my wife and I moved to Spain from England. We had bought an apartment in Verdemar III in Playa Honda a year previously. After living there for a period it was very obvious that there was a need for key holding, cleaning, maintenance, etc. on the Complex. I decided that we could cope with looking after a few apartments on our own just to keep us occupied.
Over time I met a Spanish lady in the complex called Angeles who told me that she was looking for someone to take care of her apartment as she did not live locally. I agreed that I would do this for her. Very soon into the start of the following summer season she telephoned to see if there were any English people who might be interested in renting their apartments as she was getting so many phone calls regarding her own which she had long since let. This together with the arising demand of owners wanting me to take care of their property, brought us to the decision to start a working relationship and form a business partnership under the name of AP Property, C.B. With her speaking five different languages, means that we are able to assist most Europeans coming to this region.
